Introduction to AP Chemistry

A 2-hour course reviewing essential concepts that were presented in Honors Chemistry that will be used in AP Chemistry. We will also introduce terminology and curriculum for AP Chemistry, work through practice problems, while also discussing key concepts and fundamentals.
Our students consistently perform at a high level on the AP Chemistry exam, and this course is designed to help maintain that standard. With the right preparation and mindset, AP Chemistry is a course students can thrive in—and a strong exam score can translate into 8 to 10 hours of college credit at many universities.
The course will be taught by the highly respected and well-liked Toby Bane. Mr. Bane will guide students through key concepts, provide important course materials, and offer structured notes and practice problems to reinforce learning.
Cost is $120 (includes all supplies)
